1. The fully automatic steel mesh inspection machine is an optical measuring device that uses automatic image recognition technology to collect parameters such as the steel mesh opening size, position, and hole wall, and compares them with the error range and reference value set in the program to determine whether the steel mesh opening meets the requirements.

2. The traditional manual inspection method cannot guarantee the accuracy of the inspection, cannot accurately measure and compare, and has no data record and analysis comparison. It is impossible to conduct accurate research on the impact of different steel mesh opening process treatments on quality during use;

3. The equipment is simple to operate and the inspection process is fully automatic, which not only greatly improves the detection accuracy and speed, but also avoids human judgment factors, providing direct and objective quantitative data for judging the quality of steel mesh;

4. Mainly for new steel meshes, measure and judge the correctness and rationality of steel mesh openings, and monitor the quality of steel meshes in use, discover quality problems in advance, and prevent batch process problems caused by steel mesh quality;

5. Automatic tension test and record, save test reports, and monitor steel mesh accuracy changes;
