Heller online vacuum reflow furnace can realize automatic mass production of vacuum welding and reduce production costs; the built-in vacuum module can accurately extract vacuum in five stages to achieve void-free welding (Void < 1%); it can be directly transplanted into ordinary reflow furnace The temperature curve is convenient and adjustable.
