Equipment structure
Conveyor system：
Guide rail + chain, online horizontal conveying system, conveying direction L→R (R→L optional).
The height of the entrance is 750±20mm, which can be connected to the plug-in cable/connection table/workbench, and supports the connection board mode;
The outlet can be docked with docking station/belt line/workbench.
The equipment corresponds to the maximum PCB or fixture size: the maximum total width of the fixture is 350mm, and the effective welding width is 150mm.
Rosin System：
Spray method, spray pressure and flow are digitally adjustable;
Equipped with exhaust filter system, flux liquid pan, drawer type spray shield.
Teflon rosin tube and air tube in the equipment, metal gas-liquid joint, durable.
Preheating system：
Infrared heating method, heating width 150mm, temperature PID control;
Preheating power: 2KW, adjustable before and after the heating part;
Energy-saving preheating mode: The preheating area is not normally heated, and the preheating is started after detecting the presence of a board.
Welding system：
Selective welding method, only the area with a width of 150mm is welded;
The tin capacity of the tin furnace is only 25KG, the heating startup power is 1.5KW, and it only takes 40 minutes to heat up from the startup to the normal welding temperature;
The permanent nozzle life overcomes the significant impact of the short life of traditional selective welding nozzles on equipment performance, and helps customers save the cost of consumables.
Selective welding that does not rely on nitrogen overcomes the dependence of traditional selective welding on nitrogen.
Control system：
Control mode: The whole machine is controlled by PLC + touch screen + motion control. Temperature control is PID+SSR.
Imported brands are used for important electrical components to ensure equipment reliability.
Nitrogen system (option)
Nitrogen Control: Nitrogen pressure, flow control.
Nitrogen heating: Nitrogen is preheated in advance to avoid the generation of tin beads.
Nitrogen flow: 2 cubic meters per hour
