Wave soldering is to make the melted solder (lead-tin alloy) flow into the solder wave crest as required by the design through an electric pump or electromagnetic pump, so that the printed circuit board pre-installed with components passes through the solder wave crest, and the mechanical and electrical connection between the component soldering end or pin and the printed circuit board pad is achieved through soldering. So how is the tin furnace of wave soldering heated?
The control of the wave soldering tin furnace is to heat the heating tube or heating tube installed at the bottom or outside of the wave soldering tin furnace to melt the tin in the wave soldering tin furnace. In order to control the heating plate or heating tube, a solid-state relay is used to control the tin furnace. The temperature detection line is used to detect the temperature in the tin furnace. Compared with the program, when the set temperature is reached, the program will send a signal to automatically cut off the power supply of the solid-state relay. The solid-state relay is a switch controlled by a 24V DC power supply. The tin furnace heating tube is divided into bottom heating and side heating. These two parts are separate, and the heating parts on both sides are solid-state relays.
Use a solid-state relay to control the tin furnace, the temperature detection line, detect the temperature in the tin furnace, and compare it with the temperature set in the program. When the set temperature is reached, a signal will be sent from the program to automatically cut off the power of the solid-state relay. The solid-state relay is a switch controlled by a 24V DC power supply. The heating tube of the tin furnace is divided into bottom heating and side heating on both sides. The two parts are separated, the ones using solid-state relays are on the two sides, the soldering temperature is controlled by the K-type thermocouple in the tin furnace, first set the soldering temperature of the tin furnace, usually the normal temperature of the solder is 265℃.
