Electronic control system
①The main control electric box is centrally controlled and placed on the machine operation surface, which is convenient for the operation control and maintenance of the machine.
②The machine is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC with touch screen automation software, which makes the operation more convenient.
③The alarm prompt and buzzer design ensure that the staff can accurately understand the operation status of the equipment. When the machine is abnormal, the buzzer will sound and the red light will flash.
④ There are door protection devices on the front and side of the machine to prevent danger caused by forgetting to close the door due to human factors.
⑤Heating temperature control adopts automatic PID and analog control algorithm, which can strictly control the temperature deviation, and the temperature rise and fall are more stable.
⑥In addition to the automatic temperature control device, the heating part is equipped with an over-temperature protection function to prevent damage to the machine in case of accidents.
