The fully automatic PCB splitter is a machine that splits PCBs together. Traditionally, manual folding is used. Although the timeliness is fast, the uneven force of manual folding and the difference in the angle of the folding plate often cause damage to the PCB electrical circuit, parts, and tin. In view of this, the fully automatic PCB splitter adopts the latest pneumatic and electric lightweight design, which completes the shear stress-free cutting stroke in one go, and is particularly suitable for cutting precision SMD or thin plates. There are no bow waves (BOWWAVES) and microcracks (MICROCRACK) generated when splitting with a circular knife. The linear splitting of the plate with a wedge-shaped tool reduces the shear stress to a minimum, so that sensitive SMD components and even capacitors are not affected, and the potential quality risk of the product is minimized. The cutting stroke is below 1-2MM, and there is absolutely no concern about operational safety. The tool is made of high-speed steel with precision grinding, which can be repeatedly ground and used. It is also suitable for thin plate splitting operations without V-CUT. A more suitable production operation method for the SMT production process.
