1. Stamping:
a. It is easy to cause PCBA circuit layer breakage, etc.;
b. High efficiency;
c. The accuracy cannot be controlled and the safety is low;
2. V-CUT board:
a. It is easy to damage the PCBA and leave burrs after cutting;
b. High efficiency and uncontrollable dust;
c. Applied to V-CUT groove design;
3. Milling cutter splitting board
a. Cutting without burrs, low stress and high precision;
b. Effectively control dust and prevent dust from falling on the surface of the device;
c. Can cut PCBA of different shapes, equipped with visual compensation system;
4. Laser splitting
a. Low stress;
b. There is carbonization and blackening on the surface after cutting;
c. Low cutting efficiency and high cost;
