The composition of the transportation system: including transportation guide rails, transportation pulleys and belts, DC motors, stop board devices and guide rail width adjustment devices, etc. Function: Automatically adjust the PCB entry, exit, stop position and guide rail width to adapt to different sizes of PCB circuit boards

2. Stencil positioning system composition: including PCB steel stencil moving device and stencil fixing device, etc. Function: The width of the clamping stencil can be adjusted, and the position of the stencil can be fixed and clamped.

3. Composition of PCB positioning system: vacuum box components, vacuum platform, magnetic thimble and flexible board handling device, etc. Function: The flexible PCB clamping device can position and clamp PCB substrates of various sizes and thicknesses, with movable magnetic thimbles and vacuum adsorption devices, which can effectively control the flatness of PCB substrates and prevent uneven tinning caused by PCB deformation. False soldering occurs during SMT placement.

4. Vision system composition: including CCD motion part, CCD-Camera device (camera, light source) and high-resolution display, etc., controlled by vision system software. Function: up/down vision system, independently controlled and adjusted lighting and high-speed moving lens to ensure fast and accurate alignment of PCB and stencil, unlimited image pattern recognition technology with a recognition accuracy of 0.01mm.

5. Composition of scraper system: including printing head, scraper beam and scraper driving part (servo motor and synchronous gear drive), etc. Function: Make the solder paste expand into a uniform layer on the entire stencil area, the scraper presses the stencil to make the stencil contact with the PCB, the scraper pushes the solder paste on the stencil to roll forward, and at the same time makes the solder paste fill the stencil opening , when the template is released from the PCB, an appropriate thickness of solder paste is left on the PCB corresponding to the pattern of the template. Scrapers are divided into metal scrapers and rubber scrapers, which are used in different occasions.
