Feature
The solder paste inspection machine is mainly used to detect the thickness and uniformity of solder paste in SMT (surface mount technology) production lines. Its working principle is based on laser triangulation or capacitive sensing. The laser triangulation method calculates the height of the solder paste by projecting a laser onto the solder paste surface and then capturing the reflected light; while the capacitive sensing method infers the thickness of the solder paste by measuring the change in capacitance value.
